Are npc's dynamic in ES Morrowind? or are they bland like typical rpg npc's?

I'll keep those in mind. Quick question which land size is bigger Morrowind or Cyrodiil?
Morrowind was released around 2002 so don't expect all of them to be non-generic.
I believe Morrowind is.

Depends can you deal with chance to hit, spells failing to cast, stamina drain while running, skills and attributes levels being required for faction ranks and no fast travel?

Those I can deal with. Fast travel might get tiresome depending on the map. How are the quests compared to the newer ones?

No voice acting aside from a few cut scenes, daedric princes talking to you for their quest and npc greetings and random mumblings.. Also there are no protected npcs so be careful who you kill. Magicka doesn't regenerate.
example sheogoraths quest. (random video i picked up don't know how modded it is)

Magic can be useful with water walking ,levitate, water breathing and the cure common, blight disease and what not. just depends on your skill like when your master you have a little chance to fail the spells. But I tend to play either more warrior roles (with a bit of restoration) or Death Knight(Heavy armor, two hand using conjuration)
There is an unarmored skill for mages

Even tho I love the demis, thet are pretty weird in terms of design. But the Reiksguard, really like the design. Its just fits, the traditional unit with the unique garb. Kinda reminds me of the swiss guard. Might be my fav design along with the Vargheist.
