Really looking forward to Deliverance... and towards seeing how accurate its really going to be. The armor and general portrayl of medieval life looks very realistic, but I almost suspect they are going to simplify the politcs in order to make one side of the conflict look better. For example, they don´t mention Charles treatment of the Jewish community during the Black Death in this video

Found this article on Charles IV, the medieval King who plays an important role in the games backstory. He most likely had a scar very similar to the one they gave him , but otherwise he probably didn´t look like that King Arthur of the anniversary video.

Already saw this part of the game in the Game Star video. I am wondering how the quest with the "Deutsch" is going to end xD From the way they talk about it you get the impression there are shades of gray, but the dialogue I´ve seen so far implies you are automatically on the one side of the conflict. Still, this could be the best game of 2017.

I forgot to mention the changes they made to Henry, the protagonist. I prefer the old character model to be honest. This one looks like he doesn´t quite fit into the time period. Like the characters in vikings. I think its the hairstyle that makes the difference.

More from Brian Blessed -
He voices an interesting dude. According to Wikipedia:
Konrad Kyeser (26 August 1366 – after 1405) was a German military engineer, author of Bellifortis (c. 1405), a book on military technology popular throughout the 15th century. Originally conceived for King Wenceslaus, Kyeser dedicated the finished work to Rupert of Germany.
Kyeser, a native of Eichstätt, was trained as a physician and lived at the court in Padua before he joined the crusade against the Turks which ended in disaster at the Battle of Nicopolis of 1396. Kyeser was in exile in a mountain village of Bohemia during the reign of Sigismund in 1402 to 1403.

[...]

The diving suit presented in the book has precedents reaching back to the 12th century and to Roger Bacon. The book also has the earliest known depiction of a chastity belt. Kyeser counts the artes magicae among the mechanical arts, and his work contains various applications of magic in warfare.

Maybe ^^ That makes me wonder how many Englishmen came to Medieval Bohemia... I know the German Hanseatic League had a base in London (and the responsibility to defend a gate)and English knights took part in the Crusades of the Teutonic Order and Hussite Wars...

Yeah, that looks weird. Not peasant-ish enough.

Dammit, I hadn´t noticed that the game got delayed yet again -
Ambitious 'dungeons and no dragons' role-playing game Kingdom Come: Deliverance has been delayed to 2018. It's official release date is 13th February 2018 - on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
