Flash would see that happening and would either interrupt it or line up in such a way that in order to go into it he takes GL with him besides why in the sevens hells would he stay close if he wanted to reach that speed.

Wally for the win, Flash can move far faster than thought, and if Supergirl can swipe a Lantern ring then Flash definitely can (assuming the fight is on the ground).

Are you forgetting that the ring is connected to the main battery which has alot of knowledge thus can help in stopping flash from using time travel and still a lantern uses imagination so since he knows how the flash works he can either replicate his power or counteract them
