I think it is preeeety obvious who I voted for..

I will say that if Batman can just take the ring off Hal (JL Vol 1 new 52) then Flash has no trouble either. Infinitely times quicker, he can swipe it off Hals finger, put it on himself, make a giant Green middle finger and then slip it back on Hal without batting an eyelid.

I voted GL. Speed is pretty much negated in the air. Just keep going up until gravity takes it's inevitable hold, then snatch him up and toss him into space. No air, no Flash.

He's too fast to just "Snatch" also the Flash can VIBRATE out of being grabbed.

But speed is negated in mid air. Flash can't do much in the air to maintain any speed. Fair enough on the word snatch. Okay then, wait til Flash reaches peek height when gravity takes effect, underneath him, a giant hand construct formed in a position to flick him into outerspace like a human paper football. Flash still goes down without oxygen to breathe.
