Character Similarities

Fri Jun 28, 2019 1:28 pm

So you guys know how the letter L is frequent throughout Superman's world? Jor-El. Lara Lor-Van. Lois Lane. Lex Luthor. It's the same with Batman, but not as much, and not all of them are in his own world and some are family members or major/minor love interest or a villain. In his case the names rhyme: Martha. Diana. Zatanna. Andrea. Barbara. Shiva. Sasha. Helena PC. Pamela. Natalia. Julia. Shondra. Linda. Lorna. It's crazy because I haven't seen or heard a single person talk about this with Bats. Not anywhere. Have any of you?

Its far less consistent, especially because his most famous love interests are Selina Kyle and Vicki Vale.

Selina isn't a love interest since she isn't good for Batman's character and doesn't add anything important to him. I hope to spread some positivity with this post because of all the negativity. We sure could use it.

Should I add the lovely Deilan to this since her name is supposed to sound like her American counterpart, Diana. But the "ah" is in the middle instead of at the end. So it's like Dai-ah-lin. I mean it still kinda rhymes.
